I walked in with a huge bag full of clothes to trade and was told to walk to the back of their store. The place reeks of smoke which was disturbing to a pregnant mom and toddler. From what I saw walking past items, you have to REALLY dig for things and have an idea of what you’re looking for as items are stacked, hidden and in bags. Once at their back counter, I was told to lay all of my things out. I made two piles and patiently waited 10 minutes for someone to assist me with my trade. Thankfully I was stuck waiting bc I read their policy taped to the wall which states that if trading baby/kids clothes, you can only use 50% of your trade in value towards half of your purchase, the remainder must be in another form of payment. Ex. Your total is $ 10, you can use $ 5 of your store credit, then $ 5 of any other payment. I packed my bag up and left the store. I get that they need the money to pay bills, but I prefer to use my store credit for things I want/need to purchase. Store has a large variety of things, had their trade in policy of been different, I’d have gladly shopped there and likely spent more of my time and money. I didn’t bother looking at anything closely as I was anxious to leave due to the smell.
