I threw my best friend (an ex-pastry chef who’s worked in high-end restaurants) a surprise 50^th birthday party at my house. While looking for a local caterer, I needed someone who would impress my foodie friend. I found Jamie’s website and thought her menus (and pictures) were exactly what I was looking for. After emailing a few times and setting the menu, Jamie and two lovely helpers (one was her mom) came out on party day with tons of food and set up a gorgeous table. Jamie left and the two other women stayed throughout the party refilling food, bartending. They were amazing.
The food was beyond good. Not a bad dish in the bunch and everything tasted as good as it looked (the aesthetics were spot-on). There was plenty to eat and enough leftovers for the birthday girl and a few guests to take home extra.
I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Jamie again for my next catered event. She’s a very talented chef and runs a great business.
