After two decent experiences, I had ONEHUGELY diappointing experience. My mother received what appeared to be, quite sun damaged potted plant arrangement on Mothers Day. What we both deamed as unacceptable for a $ 60 arrangement. When I called to inform the florist, Diane, interogated me as to how I ordered, gave me extensive directions on what to do next, and at no point appologized nor acknowledged the inconvenience of this diappointing situation. Flower ordering, from afar is all about trust and customer service. In my experience, Barber’s does not offer much of either, on a consistent basis. Too bad, Kennett Square is a great place and I thought it would have fostered a more neighborly approach.
