Great Clips

I can’t express how unhappy I am with this place. I was helped by Sabrina I believe, last Thursday evening. I showed her the cut that I wanted. I thought it was a pretty straight forward cut. No layers just straight across but shorter. Not only did my look come out looking nothing like the picture I showed her. There was Tons of layers that made me look like I had cut my own hair and messed it up. At first I thought well maybe when i straighten it it will look better, but no, if anything it looked worse straight. Before going I read the reviews for great clips and they were bad, but I decided to give them a chance anyways because you can’t beat the prices! Well like they say sometimes you end up paying more for less. I had to cut my own hair so much shorter to give it that even straight look I wanted. They need to step up their game!!! please don’t attempt to cut someone’s hair if you aren’t capable of doing a good job because then they will be stuck with a bad haircut for months ! Or spend double somewhere else to get it fixed! Definitely not Amused with this place !

Went for layers… and my hair looks chopped. Have to get it fixed somewhere else. Will not go back there ever again!

I love this place. The haircuts are VERY reasonably priced and they frequently send out coupons. I love the online check in, so that I can check in while I’m leaving work, and get right into the chair when I arrive. I have not had a bad haircut here yet, and I go every 3 – 4 weeks. I am picky about what I want and the hair stylists listen to me EVERY time! When I ask for an opinion regarding changing up my hair slightly they are always helpful and honest with me, and go the extra mile to make the style look good. They also aren’t as pushy as many places are about trying to sell me salon products. The salon is simple, always clean, and well lit. I strongly suggest going here!

Good place for 13 dollar haircut. Quick service, clean and bright.
