Just a terrific, old school sub shop. I always get the Italian. Everything is super fresh — reminds me of subs I used to get as a kid growing up in New York. Nice people too. Can’t go wrong with Sam’s.

Good hoagies, very generous with the good quality filings, the cheese steaks are decent, but, IMO, Capriotti’s does a better one. there’s no excuse to go to Wawa with Sam’s on the job! They open early and if you’re on your way into work call ahead and your breakfast(or lunch) wil be waiting for you.

An ex — local told me about this place one day when I mentioned the need for a good quality hoagie that wasn’t overpriced. Boy were they right! I find myself getting an Italian hoagie from here at least once or twice per month and they do not disappoint.

Subs are great. Also I think the cheesesteaks are the best I’ve ever had, sizzling hot right off the grill on delicious roll and real cheese not that cheez whiz crap. Love Sam’s.

Very fresh meats its within walking distance from my work. I prefer Capriotti’s over them. Always felt Sam’s rolls were tough

Sam’s was great… like others have stated it takes a few minutes for your sandwich to be prepared but it is well worth the wait! Probably one of the best hoagies I have eaten in some time as everything from the roll to the meat and cheese was as fresh as you can find. Love the fact that they slice the meat to order!

I was in Kennett Square Friday, and was a little hungry. Riding down the road I see Sam’s. It was the 1st time I have been there. Felt like a Steak Sub. It was one of the better Steak Subs that I have had in awhile. I do have to say that the BREAD was the best bread I have ever had. I will return. — Only negative was the lack of places to sit down.

Two visits to Sam’s Sub Shop and I am duly impressed. Killer roll, everything made to order(be patient… there’s a payoff). The cheesesteaks. cookin’ up smelled incredible. Skip the Wawa for Heaven’s Sake… stop here. It’s about the roll people. And not too many places slice to order.

Wow. How has this not been written-up yet? This place is amazing. You can usually hear me saying that«hoagies are definitely better in the ‘burbs» and Sam’s is pretty much my whole argument. The meat is sliced melt-in-your-mouth thin. They use shaved sharp provolone which has more bite then the deli sliced kind. They do a lot with a little, I think. The rolls are great. And I can’t vouch for it myself but my dad goes crazy for the chicken salad.
