«Integrated Pest Management» apparently means spraying .0003 ounces of clear product on exactly .02 percent of my foundation, getting a clear goop ALL OVER my kitchen, then falling asleep in my crawl space (It’s ants… why do you need 45 minutes in my crawl?).

West Richland, WA
I had to change my service dates several times, but this was done without any problems from Alpha. The service agent was clean, neat and efficient. He showed me the vents (yucky) before and after so I could see the difference. I liked that he put vent covers on all the vents. I think the dust in the house seems less, and that is nice considering all the construction going on around here!
