They should really hire some people that are more knowledgable and get some faster computers. My god should it take 2 hours to get help with a simple thing on your phone? I literally saw them lose 2 sales by not greeting people and chatting about nonsense instead of getting people signed up and on their way. HA and as I type this they just turned a customer away that wanted to see an Iphone6. I wish I had 4 hands to give this 2 thumbs down! I will never come to this one again.

Not too shabby, wife almost disconnected her line since she talked to a AT&T representative over the phone about getting an upgrade since she was due for one. The lady says that she has to pay a $ 200 deposit plus another $ 200 for the phone and activation. Long story short, we walked in and the gentleman that helped us got her a upgrade at no cost and a new IPhone 6 with a new plan, they literally saved a customer yesterday. I still think Verizon is a better cell phone company with better coverage
