Very upset with their services. I had ordered flowers via FTD that were arranged and delivered by this shop. The flowers were for my mother on her birthday. I picked the most expensive option for an autumn arrangement in a vase with peach roses, orange mums and burgundy carnations and was expecting the best quality, as do most people who order flowers for their loved ones on special occasions and remembrances — it should be treated with respect and emotion. My mother didn’t want to complain because it’s the«thought that counts» but let me know some of the yellow flowers were brown and dying(for a same day delivery/order!!) and that there were pink roses and no carnations(not at all what I ordered), as well as these bizarre sounding jelly beads that help hold the flowers up, which happened to turn the water a disgusting sounding yellow. You’ve been in business 40+ years according to your website and you can’t arrange flowers in a vase without beads in the bottom? That’s just sad. She also told me that the delivery person handed her the flowers very quickly and jumped back in her car before she really noticed the dying flowers. I called customer service, cancelled my order with this shop and requested they pick up their«arrangement» and I will let another local florist take the job with a replacement. I also spoke with a receptionist at the shop to place a complaint with the managers and she responded to the information I gave her with, and I quote, «we have been open for 100 years and have never had a complaint» — is this a joke? Not only do they send out low quality arrangements, they have no humility or mind for handling customer service. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves for sending out that garbage!

I have been ordering from here for a while thinking I was getting a good service. This last mothers day the flowers never got delivered. I waited hoping they would show up on Monday but they didn’t. After calling on Tuesday they were nice and sent an «upgraded» flowers arrangement the same day. The flowers were nice but ended up wilted 2 days later. After this exchange I was told by the flower recipient(my mom) there was previous delivery issues in the past.

My experience(and score) is strictly based on their customer service. I live in Seattle and ordered flowers for my mother who was visiting Kennewick and staying at a local hotel. On the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, my mother informed me that she made a spontaneous decision to leave and go somewhere else. I promptly called the flower shop and they told me the flowers were out to be delivered, however they told me not to worry about it and cancelled the order. I expected that I would be charged for the order and some hotel worker would be the recipient of a lovely bouquet of flowers. I was extremely happy that they were willing to cancel my order and did not charge me. If the opportunity arises, they will be the first place I call.
