Looking for a comfy king and Bill S. was so knowledgeable and understanding of our needs and concerns… yes, we tried many mattresses and pillows… we found just the right one too… A Protégé Everfield split king message with luscious Egyptian split sheets and mattress covers… Bill covered the operation of and care for of our new bed, in– house finacing was a breeze… arranged free advanced delivery to our new home.

BEWARE of the exchange policy!!! They let you exchange or get a refund ONCE. We chose to exchange and had to sign a form stating that we were finished with the transaction. Then they delivered a used, broken down mattress! I should have refused the mattress as it was not in a factory sealed bag. I was completely taken in. Scammed. What a great way to get rid of mattresses sent back from previous customers. Would have gone to an attorney but figured it wasn’t worth the hassle. Put the bed in a guest room and went somewhere else for another mattress.
