Not enough stars available to illustrate the value of the service we received from Mr. Color. My son was selling his house in Kennewick and his realtor Lars Olson had recommended carpet cleaning and spot dyeing. Bill and his wife did an amazing job on the carpets including stretching them and removing some spots so they looked fantastic. He also made recommendations on various small repairs and improvements that made a huge difference in the look and value of the house. These guys are super nice, extremely helpful, and very nice to deal with. I give them my highest endorsement.

Mr. Color carpet.. just say NO! After canceling on us several times over(after they were already supposed to be here each time) they finally show up today. .3HOURSLATE. I’ve seen dead sloths move faster, seriously. This crew has spent more time chatting amongst themselves than actually working. They’re here to replace padding and re-lay/stretch existing carpeting in one room then stream clean 2 rooms and the stairs. One room has been cleaned and padding partially lain.. it’s been 3 hours! Unbelievable.

If anyone ever mentions Bill’s Mr. Color, run quickly away. There are not words to describe what an awful experience it was to have Bill’s Mr. Color work in our home. First, the owner was late for every meeting: not just a few minutes but anywhere from 30 – 90 minutes late. Second, the carpet has spots in many areas where the dye was applied unevenly. Third, the carpet was never treated to hold the dye so the bottoms of our shoes, socks, and even the dog’s feet are constantly stained green, even two months after the treatment. Last, and worse, the workers at Bill’s knocked down window blinds, broke the stair railing, scratched doors and woodwork, and even put a couple of holes in the walls while they were working.
