Great customer service with the best product around. Patty, was very attentive, displayed vast product knowledge, and made some great suggestions which shows how honest and expert this staff is.
Plus I was in there with my 3 year old and he was really happy to have a balloon and be welcomed by their friendly staff. It’s nice to have a business not judge you by your rambunctious toddler and treat you and your family like one of their own.
Highly Recommended!!!
Not to mention their honest suggestions and recommendations of other professionals in the area.

5 Stars just doesn’t cut it for how I feel about working with Murley’s. They hold their own rating with customer service and follow through! I will continue to use and work with Murley’s as long as I need the services they offer. Patty is a wonderful with design work and a knows her product very well. Great work guys!

I gave it one star because I could not post my review without choosing the number of stars. I would have given it zero star if I could have. The absolute worst in customer care and satisfaction. I bought top of the line carpet. When the seams started separating after only 8 months, it became impossible to get a quality fix. The product manufacture determined it was defective product, and that it should be replaced. After 8 ½ months of hounding Murley’s I finally have much less plush carpet with a substandard installation, so my carpet looks worse, and the seam is still obvious. DO NOT patronize this establishment if you want quality and service for your money. A side note, the initial installation cost 25% more than the high estimate at the time of ordering.
