Been here a couple of times and I have not been impressed. The bread on the Philly Cheese tastes like its been microwaved. Soggy and gross. The wait staff is nice but I’ve heard terrible things about the chefs and the management. I DONOTRECOMMENDTHISPLACE if you’re looking for quality food.

I was sure surprised how wonderful the pizza was. From the looks of this place from the parking lot I didn’t have high expectations. I don’t think they even offer different size pizzas. Just really large ones! Three of us ate on this thing and we couldn’t finish it. We all agreed that it was very tasty. The wait person was very nice and we didn’t have to wait very long at all. Bring your best girlfriend here!

Used to love their cheesesteaks. Went today and the sandwiches were just a pile of grilled onions with tiny bits of meat. Gross.

Our absolute favorite pizza in Tri Cities! Real NY crust, thin and chewy– the best part! The pizza’s are HUGE. My husband and I fight over who gets to have the leftovers heated in the oven the next day. We also get the italian salad. The dressing is so tasty and they have real lettuce(not nasty bagged iceberg.) Keep up the good work NY Richie’s and we will keep coming back.

Had the white pie and some wings BOMB! The crust is nice and crunchy the flavor is full! Truly enjoyed it all and they have a special sauce that was superb! Great experience with food and the service was great!!!

Food is spot on. Just had two of my friends try the pepperoni pizza with a few Bambinos. Clean atmosphere. Definitely family friendly.

Great food and great prices! I am a big fan of the sandwiches and pizza. Never had a bad meal here. They have decent service and good lunch specials

I’m not sure what’s up with all the people giving New York Richie’s bad reviews, I love the Pizza. I grew up in Connecticut eating New York style pizza, not the crap they serve at Domino’s or Little Caesar’s, and this is as close as I can get to authentic anywhere nearby. Compared to what I used to eat in Connecticut I think they’d be about average, but here they are head and shoulders above all other pizza joints in town. Get a pizza with Pepperoni and Basil, it’s fantastic.

Disappointed… I hadn’t ordered from NY R in a while but I had liked the pizza in the past. I thought the special from Spotted Fox would be a chance to get re-acquainted. Instead I realized that it was not the same as before. I ordered 2 whole pizzas, they were still huge but seemed to have enough cheese and sauce for a normal sized pizza. The crust did not seem fresh, as it was very hard. My guess is that it was pre-baked and re-cooked when I ordered. Sad to see this place go from one of the best places in town to being barely edible. I would have been better off getting pizzas from costco or even papa johns. Don’t think they will be around much longer if they don’t change.

Not bad, but not great. The garlic knots were good, the pizza slices were like a New York style but just Ok. Ordered a combo slice and could tell they took a cheese slice and re-cooked it, the crust was hard because of this. While nice staff, the service was extremely slow, over 30min for two slices and a steak & cheese sandwich.

This review is for pick up only not dining in. I called in the order and the process was easy and smooth. I ordered a peperoni pizza and they only have one size(20 in). It took 20 min and the cashier was nice. We got home and tried it for the first time and we were shocked! This pizza is so good. I mean really good! I will be coming back for more!

There really are not any restaurants that give you a big slice of pizza for just $ 3. The pizza was fantastic and their famous«Ritchie’s» sauce is so very good. Made my Hawaiian slice even better!

Ordered the lunch combo for my husband. Sub was good. They forgot to give me a cup for the drink and the salad was slimy, moldy, and wilted. The tomatoes in the salad looked as though they attempted to rehydrate them. I won’t be going back there to eat ever again. If they don’t have fresh produce, I doubt the have the same standards for their meat, cheese and breads.

Pizza was ok. Price was fine. Took 45 minutes to get 2 pieces of pizza. Almost had to get up and leave because of time constraints.

Growing up in Brooklyn, NY it’s hard for me to eat at places that have NY anywhere in the name outside of the region. I always get so excited and then so terribly let down. Not here though, and I’m glad we live less than a mile away. We ordered a lot of food our first trip to get a feel for what is really good on the menu. I see the reviews for the Philly and will definitely try that sometime because I miss a real cheesesteak. Here is a breakdown of what we ordered: Fries with special sauce as an app: 5 stars. Seriously the fries were amazing. The special sauce is also amazing. We almost licked the paper they came on. Sandwiches: 3 stars. i was excited to see they had eggplant parm(my fave) and Italian sausage and meatballs on the menu, The bread was so crisp and toasty(delicious) and slightly singed on the ends but it tasted like I was eating bread and some sauce. There was hardly anything in the middle and the eggplant did not taste fresh at all. I didn’t expect them to cook it right then and there but it definitely didn’t taste that great. The sausage was also the same, tasted old. Pizza: 5 stars! Excellent pizza. Got a cheese slice and a white slice. The white slice was not what I was expecting but it was delicious and the cheese pizza was perfect. My boyfriend remarked on the sauce tasting bland but I schooled him that is how marinara is supposed to taste. Subtle and tangy, not like spiced ketchup! Can’t wait to order a fresh pie one day and to try their Sicilian also. So unfortunate they don’t do delivery. They would make so much more money that way. I guess I should be glad they don’t, but can’t wait to go back for some takeout.

Philly Cheese Steak sandwich with the special sauce… it is great. I have had their pizza too, and it is very refreshing to go to a place and have authentic tasting pizza. You can tell it is not Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, etc by the look and smell of it. Check this place out. And get that special sauce.

Philly cheese steak was very well done. It came out piping hot, and stuffed so full I had to use a fork. The meat could have used a tad more seasoning. 4 stars for the food, but I’d give the actual restaurant a 2 or 3. It was extremely hot inside the restaurant, and there were a few pesky flies that bothered us during dinner. The cashier was competent, but not super friendly and didn’t ever come to see how our food was or if we needed anything. With such tasty food, I just wish the service and over-all dining experience was better. That would really elevate NYR’s to a 5-star experience.

Philly steak sandwich was good. Ruben was skimpy on meat. Kids said the pasta was mediocre.

Had previously had a bad experience here, but heard they were under new management so a few months ago I bought one of those Spotted Fox deals. Went in to use it tonight. Ordered the hot pastrami, Italian, and a pickle. Got it all to go — got home and realized they didn’t give me my pickle, even though I paid for it. Eating the sandwiches was beyond disappointing. The bread was hard and crumbling and burnt on the ends. The meat was not good — on the Italian sandwich some of the pieces were hard and clearly old. Something else that bugged me was the number of errors on their menu — they used«are» instead of «our» twice and spelled choice as choise. I can’t take a company seriously that doesn’t even bother to edit. Won’t be back.

I went in open minded but was extremely dissapointed. This place is a joke. If this is NY style pizza, then I’m the president of Mexico. I’ve had better pizza at the worst NY pizzeria, then the pizza served here… Their name puts the bar high for native New Yorkers, so I went in expecting a lot more than we got. The pizza was average for west coast style pizza. But poor compared to real NY style pizza. The Philly cheese was a joke, with very little meat and a roll that was too chewy, made this far from a really Philly. Not to mention it was dead in here, now I see why. Maybe I’ll say I’m from Mexico and start an «authentic Mexican» restaurant! Get real
