We have been in the tri-​cities for about 15 years. I have used several landscapers, and Dan Patridge is by far the most economical, professional, and efficient of anyone we’ve had. He provides free estimates, and also has great suggestions for ways to streamline the process. Highly recommended.

I’ve lived in town for 3 years now and every year I have some problems with my irrigation. I had worked with a couple of other people/​groups in the area and never been that satisfied. This year Dan and his crew were recommended to me by KIE and I couldn’t be happier. You can really tell Dan cares about his work and also understands that subcontracting is partially a service industry and so treats his customers well. I’ve added Patridge Landscaping to my cell phone so in the future I don’t forget who to work with.

Dan and his team are amazing! It is impressive watching how efficient his team is, everyone knows their job and they are in and out within minutes. The quality is second to none! I am impressed and what would take me two hours him and his team can finish it in less than 20 minutes. It is no longer worth it for me to cut my lawn anymore as his prices make it more cost efficient for him to do what he does best!

OK… I’m not going to lie, Dan and his crew put my husband and his do it yourself lawn maintenance to shame. They take great care of all our landscaping needs. They also, spray for bugs (not a fan of spiders) and get our in-​ground sprinklers ready for winter and summer. Give Dan a call. You will find not only does he do a great job, he does it a very fair price.

A friend referred me to Patridge Landscaping, and I couldn’t be happier! I wanted to get my house ready to be sold, and it was lacking some serious curb-​appeal. The owner, Dan Patridge, and I discussed the different elements in my yard, he made suggestions on what he thought would look nice, and we came up with a plan together.
His crew came in and tackled flowerbeds, trimmed trees, laid down sod, installed rock, and pruned back ivy and shrubs. They aerated, fertilized, edged, and mowed my lawn. It looks like a whole new house, and it’s fabulous! All of this work was done for a VERY competitive price. The crew was made up of nice, knowledgeable people.
I highly recommend Patridge Landscaping. Dan has an eye for what will look good, and a talent for making it happen. He and his crew were able to accomplish more in one day than I was able to in two summers. My only regret is that I did not find him five years ago — I would have been using his services this whole time.
