Never busy. Great simple banking. The bankers/​tellers are retail level transaction. They know their products and can deal with your average person, but would struggle with sophisticated private/​commercial banking. At the branch level, they seem to have no decision making authority for lending or even opening accounts. They seem to need to check with their headquarters for anything outside of the ordinary. Nonetheless, they open later than any other bank in town and they are very honest and helpful. Their bankers have stopped at my business just to check in. I would recommend this bank.
