I met with Ann and was instantly worried. She seemed very scattered. I called a month prior, but she would not confirm the design with me. I called again a week prior and she basically told me to stop worrying, but didn’t confirm. So we enter my reception venue, head to the table, and the ENTIRE design is wrong. The only thing she got right was the flavor and the black and white color palette. So disappointed. I was nearly in tears.
