Just had a great customer service experience with Diana! One of my accounts had been turned off due to a technicality and she helped me get it setup again without hesitation!

Educators Credit Union rocks! They rock, because they offer some amazing services. Most anyone has some kind of debt these days, so they offer plenty of alternatives to help you get rid of that debt. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and will take the time to sit down with you and look over your finances. They offer super-​low rates on credit cards, car loans, home loans, and virtually any other type of loan that you are looking for.
The biggest thing is this; Educators is a non-​profit, so that means they aren’t looking to nickle-​and-​dime their customers for money. Each year they divide their profits among their members based off of the services they use. For instance, if you have a credit card, car loan, mobile banking (free mobile app), e-​documents (statements sent to you online), and direct-​deposit; that would have qualified you for fifty dollars last year, just for using the services.
