Jason helped us confirm our DIY diagnosis of a non-​functioning air conditioner unit, which as Murphy’s Law would have it, broke the day before our vacation started. He tested our part, confirmed that it was dead on arrival, and sold us a replacement. $ 40 and 10-​minutes after arriving home, the AC unit was repaired. Friendly and helpful — we’ll be back (although hopefully not too soon)!
