Having a hard time believing the review from Ill. about the water in gas. We’ve gotten gas at every location for years. Think there would have been some issue by now. Maybe disgrutled Illinoisian. Anyway, this is about the competition across the street (kwik trip). We have usually chosen PDQ’s for gas etc. Like the Co. and how they run. Here’s our light criticism. Coffee is the main issue at most gas stations these days. We always get coffee on our way out of town or whatever, but have stopped getting it at PDQ in the last year because the coffee is not strong enough. By the time most people put additives in, it tastes like warm slightly coffee flavored milk. Need a different brand or a heavier hand to compete with Kwik Trips. Karuba. Still a customer, but would like a good cup of coffee.

My husband filled up his car with 14 gallons of regular unleaded — and immediately had problems with his vehicle. Had it towed to mechanic less than 2 hours after fill up — they found his gas was approximately 90% water! Now their insurance company, Travelers Inurance, is refusing to address the situation other than «We deny your claim, can’t be our fault» Luckily we have the state involved now. If you purchased gas here around September 15^th, 2015 — and you’re having issues with your engine, get your gas tested immediately and call the WI dept of Agricultural, Trade and Consumer.

SAVE ON GAS
When I get off at HWY 50 and I94 there are many gas stations to choose from but I typically drive to PDQ because there prices on gas are always lower.
For example, tonight gas was $ 4.19 right off the expressway but it was $ 4.09 here at PDQ. And at a difference of 10 cents a gallon that is a $ 2 savings for me to fill up my tank. So why not go an extra mile to get my gas. It only takes a few extra minutes.
This location also has a full mini store with the typical things you would find in a gas station store. So if you need a snack or a drink then this is you place to pick up a few things.
It is also one of the stations with lower gas prices in the area. I highly recommend you download an app called Gas Buddy. This way you can see which gas station near you has the lowest prices, before driving anywhere.
