Great friendly place. Best old-fashioned in town. Great Friday fish fry, come early for the pie. Best staff of servers and bartenders in Kenosha

Great fish fry! This place was jumping and full of great folks! The bar is reasonable and service was fantastic… Gotta make this a Friday destination for sure.

Was only approached when I first sat at the bar. Sat with an empty glass the whole rest of the night. Had to hunt down a waitress who was very pleasant but the fish fry was inedible. So sad.

Somewhat of a dive bar, but the Friday fish fry is unbelievable. We had the walleye, and it was perfect. Nice, light and crispy batter, and it was very fresh tasting. Only $ 12, and it comes with cole slaw, bread, and choice of potato. If they offer the cheesy potatoes for $ 1 more, get them — they are wonderful. And be sure to start with an order of Frickles, which are deep fried dill pickle chips. Strangely delicious! This place is a neighborhood gem. But remember, it’s a Friday fish fry. Don’t try to get it on some other day — you’ll be out of luck.

Stopped on a Friday for fish based on last years review. We eat fish frys all the time at many places and sure don’t understand how Pete’s is rated #1. It was okay, perch was good and plenty, cod, we’re pretty sure were those cod loins you buy at GFS or wherever. No flavor not white and meaty like good cod. All the same shape and size. Slice of regular bread shot glass worth of slaw and sauce. Who reviews these things. For the same price bracket Ill take sunnyside bar anytime.Sorry. Haven’t tried other things so this is just for the fish fry.
