Rogan’s Shoes

Website says «20% OFF SITE WIDE — NO LIMITS», however when I went to check out, the shoes I wanted were full price. I called a rep at Rogan’s and was told that not ALL shoes were on sale. WHAT EXACTLY DOES SITE WIDE MEAN???

Googled Nunn Bush Esker for men. Rogan came up with lowest price. Their website is well made and easy to use. Ordered on Sunday, received shoes on Thursday. Brand new shoes, packaging was excellent. Very satisfied with my experience.

I ordered online, and these guys didn’t just ship same day, they shipped same hour. I had my tracking number in 55 minutes!
My size and width was in stock, shipped fast, showed up in a few days to the West Coast. Can’t complain.

Service is awful. Shoes are in piles and extremely unorganized especially for the price of the shoes. The store is run by teenagers who don’t know anything about customer service and barely acknowledge you are there. Go to Payless down the road, there is less selection there but much better service and organization.

Stopped in here after checking out their website and finding out they have Ugg boots for about $ 80 LESS than the Ugg store.
Although they didn’t have the specific pair I wanted, I’ll definitely be back to redeem the 15% off Unilocal check in offer!

Great selection, bad people

I always used to go to Rogan’s as a kid. They often have great deals (buy 1 get one ½ off & buy 2 get one free) but it seems that their prices have been increasing annually (although isn’t that happening everywhere?). Great for pass by on 94 for a quick shopping trip and large selection. Their Croc selection is also varied & WI taxes are so much cheaper than IL.

Rogan’s is an amazing shoe store. I’ve been going there for years since our family would take trips to the Racine store to stock up on shoes.
They have an amazing selection and great prices. They have a buy 1 get 1 for ½ off sale so go with a friend to make it easier. I recently went to look for a particular shoe and I found it there $ 20 cheaper than the lowest price online. It wasn’t the exact color I wanted but close enough.
The only complaint is that it’s kind of unorganized as far as finding what you want, especially for athletic shoes. They group all the brands together so the boxes look similar and you find your own so it’s very difficult to find the style and size and color you’re looking for. It’s difficult to find help and when you do they are just searching like you are (I was hoping for a computer to just tell me yes or know if they have my size!). But they are very helpful in calling other locations to see if they have what you want. And my last trip I could only find 1 pair of shoes in my size and they told me to save my receipt and bring it in to any location and I could get my next pair ½ off! Good deal!
