I originally found this locale through a living social deal… massages on alas can be mixed… but this was one of the best massages I have had… Monica was running a couple minutes late but made sure I was aware of that and gave me extra time… she really took into account what I put on my patient form (which was done via Google ahead of time). I would highly recommend her for a relaxing massage that hits all your pressure points and needs

I have so many great things to say about my experience! I was able to conveniently book online, pay online, and fill out my intake paperwork online. Monica, my massage therapist, was polite, professional, and personable. It was clear she wanted me to have a great experience; she truly cared about me and it showed. I’ve never been a massage regular, but after my amazing massage with Monica, I didn’t hesitate to sign up for the membership. Which, I will also say, was not pushed on me at all. She was happy to inform me about it when I asked, but I wasn’t being up-​sold or pressured. The space is clean, relaxing, and smells so good! The calm atmosphere and lovely aromas inspired me to sit back, relax and enjoy my time there; the clean facility and attentive, skilled masseuse ensured I did. I’m looking forward to next month’s massage!

My husband and I have gone there for couples massages and the ladies were AWESOME. They are so kind and excellent at what they do. Not going anywhere else for our massages.

I had never heard of Tailored Relaxation until I saw the Amazon local deal. After reading the reviews about Monica, I figured it was worth a try. I work out regularly 5x a week, and I have been looking for a good massage therapist who can loosen me up without breaking me down too much. I bought the coupon, and after I sent an email, Monica was very responsive and worked me in just like I was a regular client. That was my first clue that she was authentic. And after just one session, I can say that Monica is one of the best. Great pressure, but not so much that I felt like my muscles were beat up. The building has convenient parking, the space is clean and relaxing, and Monica is professional and really in tune with what you need. She is engaging and has a calm, stayed presence during the massage. And her table is totally pimped out. It’s heated, has an arm rest underneath it so your arms don’t dangle and fall asleep, and has one of the most comfortable head rests that I have ever laid on. I’m so happy that she ran the promotion and that I discovered her and Tailored Relaxation!

Professional and THE BEST MASSAGE I have ever received! I honestly have been to many spas & this is by far the BEST massage I have ever gotten. Monica is an exceptional practitioner! I went there using an Amazon Local discount Voucher & was treated like a regular paying customer! I requested firm pressure & she was on the money, was in tune with what areas I needed focus on (shoulder/​neck area) and I felt great upon the conclusion of the visit!!!

Finally!!! A convenient, professional massage salon in and around Kensington at reasonable prices. Monica is great… accommodating, polite, and a great masseuse on top of all that. In just a few months, I’ve gone back multiple times. Highly recommended.

I’ve been here twice already and I will be back. Tailored Relaxation offers a great service at a great price. The first time I came, I used a Groupon for some Reiki bodywork. Wow! I felt so much better when I left. Everything was explained clearly.
I told my husband how great my experience was and he surprised me with a gift certificate for a couples massage for Christmas. Since he had never had a massage before, he was a little nervous, but now he’s a convert too.
