She said…“So $ 4 for a nasty pretzel and gross cheese sauce, yeah ‘methinks not’. I would much rather have spent that money at Wetzels pretzels or Auntie Annie’s, where I know their pretzels are good. This place literally is gross. The pretzels tasted old and plain. The cheese sauce tasted old and watery. If you are reading this because you are considering trying this place out, walk away, and walk away fast. Don’t waste your money here. Drive the extra 3 miles to Montgomery Mall and get a good mall pretzel there instead. He said…“Gross, this place needs to shut down along with everything else in the WF mall eatery. Pretzel was not good and they need to focus on a few items instead of trying to sell everything. Not going back… but it will probably be closed in a few weeks.”

I wish I could re-spend my calories elsewhere! I ordered a hot fudge sundae(hard to make it bad, right?) the fudge and the nuts were the only things that saved the sundae. The«frozen custard» tasted pretty much like soft serve ice cream with the same texture. I used to work at a family owned custard shop in Louisiana— I know good custard and this wasn’t even bad custard, this was soft serve. My husband ordered a chocolate malt and didn’t even finish it. I had one sip just to try it and it tasted like how I would imagine spoiled custard to taste… kinda spicy, a little bitter. I’m usually a mooch and didn’t bother with the second half of his malt.

With the plethora of FroYo and Custard, and cold-stoned type ice cream places, it’s amazing this place stays in business. I asked if their Fro Yo was like the kids at PinkBerry or 16 Handles– and the cashier looked at me with the blank-est stare possible. So, I explained, well is it sort of tart? And she says– uhm no it tastes like ice cream. Mmkay. So, I ordered 1 scoop of strawberry cheesecake custard, and 1 scoop of mango custard. I was prepared to give them a great rating because the cup was huge and the 1 scoop was almost 2. AND it was only $ 6! And then I tried it. The strawberry cheesecake had a sickly sweet artificial taste. It was so gross that I only tried one bite, and then couldn’t bring myself to taste it again. The mango was better, but didn’t actually taste much like mango– or even really fruit for that matter. Atleast it was edible. My kiddo and I barely each ate 1⁄3 of our ice cream– and she’s 3. After about 30 min of licking it occasionally, she says to me–«Mommy my ice cream is yucky– can I throw it away?». If that doesn’t say it all, I don’t know what does.

The coffee custard was grainy and bitter. The vanilla’s texture was better but the flavor wasn’t as good as I’ve had.
