AAA Asphalt Paving

just changed my 2,711 sq. ft. driveway from gravel to asphalt. AAA Asphalt Paving Co. on 24 429 108^th Ave SE, Kent, WA 98 030 (253−653−1891) did an awesome job! Amar, the owner, called me on Weds, letting me know they will grade the driveway on Thurs 7÷23÷15 and will asphalt on Fri 7÷24÷15. I had another contractor start the grading but were stopped by the City of Renton because they were not doing the grading properly. When I told the previous contractor what was required (simply to do a break point and install a berm), they emailed me, saying «they are no longer interested in the job» after we signed an agreed estimate and they had started the grading! They provided no reason for bailing and left the driveway with unacceptable grading. Amar from AAA Asphalt came to the rescue and their cost was only slightly more than the other company that bailed and wasn’t doing the job right to begin with. Amar even talked to the City of Renton to make sure he knew exactly what was required. The City of Renton came back and looked at the job Amar and his crew were doing and said it’s good. Others passing by complimented the grading and the asphalt driveway. They also installed a berm and break point, as was requested by the City of Renton to keep the water from going over to the neighbor’s property. I already have a friend close by interested in an asphalt driveway come look at the job and they love it! I have others looking for someone to install asphalt and will recommend AAA Asphalt Paving Co. to them. They did great work at a reasonable price and were dependable. They were very careful with my fencing and exterior. Thanks Amar!
