Joe B. from AAA came out to service our furnace today. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. This was our first time using AAA and it won’t be the last. We were so pleased with Joe’s service, we decided to sign up for their very reasonable service contract. Great experience!

Really happy I found these guys. They contacted me promptly to schedule a service and squeezed me in during the busy time. Joe B. came out on time and did an excellent job. He seemed very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all of our questions. Just an all around friendly guy. Really glad we chose AAA and got Joe B. to perform maintenance on our A/​C. We even signed up for their furnace/​AC package because it was such a good deal.

Technician Joe arrived promptly at my home at 1:00 p.m. We are already off to a good start as my appointment with Joe was anywhere between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Joe cleaned and checked my air conditioner and furnace. He showed me what to pay attention to in the furnace and also explained how the functioning parts worked so I can fully process what he was conveying. Joe answered all my questions, and offered other products that was relevant to my questions. He gave me his business card and encouraged me to call him with any further questions or concerns. Joe is respectful, approachable and friendly. Joe, if you are reading this review, just want to say Thank You.

Originally called these guys to come out to fix our furnace, we have been having them out for regular maintenance now for the last few years. They are knowledgable, professional and reasonably priced.
