I cannot sing the praises of these guys loudly enough. My rats: comprehensively dealt with. My request for advice about cleaning up rat droppings: met with thoughtful honesty, logic, and zero up-​selling. The service: extremely professional, friendly, timely, communicative, overall fantastic. And all of that would have been more than enough for these five stars.
But, there’s more. Tim came to check the rat traps while I was out of the country and found that my basement was seriously flooded. Together he and Teresa communicated quickly and effectively with me about the problem, and then, given that I wasn’t going to be returning for two days, TIM HIMSELF went to Lowe’s, got a pump, and PUMPED THE WATER OUT OF MY BASEMENT. This was nowhere near in his job description, but it probably saved me thousands of dollars in furnace and other repair.
