Fantastic reality-​based self defense school. I am a newbie here but I feel like I learn something new every week. The instructors are very knowledgable and everyone there is very kind and welcoming. It’s not about who can kick who’s butt or who is the strongest fighter, it’s about personal enrichment and preparedness. Great for men and women/​boys and girls of all ages. Can’t recommend it enough!
