Sadly… scheduled with them last week for shredding and got a window of time appointment. I called today and spoke with my contact to confirm my appointment BEFORE I had 64 boxes pulled out of secure storage in anticipation of shredding and received confirmation. I called one half hour after my window. I called one hour past my window. I then received a call 30 minutes past that — from a satellite office telling me that they did not have a ticket for my service call. Will never use them or recommend them.

ADG is a great shredding company. We’ve had the same driver for years, and he is always friendly and fast.
We only using them for our shredding services, but they do harddrive destruction as well. I would highly recommend them!

Our company has been using American Data Guard since 2009. Never had anything less than exceptional service. They actually call from time to time (but don’t pester) to see what they can do to improve service. I’ve never been able to offer any guidance, they’re that good!
They are owned and operated by Northwest Center, so when you use their service you are also supporting an organization that contributes to our community in a meaningful way. I highly recommend them!

So if you want a company that is customer service oriented this is not the place! I fought traffic to get there by 5:00 when they closed. I got there at 5:00 and the workers were already out in their cars waiting to leave at 5:01 they would not even help me. What makes it worse when I called and left a message of this action for management they did not even have the courtesy to call me back to apologize. Clearly they condone the workers leaving early. With customer service now being the thing that keeps customers coming back I am a 5 year customer that will never be back.
