Exemplary service. Auburn-​Kent Valley RV sets the standard for how servicing an RV should work. I brought my 30ft bunk house travel trailer in for a thermostat problem. They did a great job tracking down the problem, spent plenty of time on the phone and really paid a lot of attention to the issues that concerned me. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Mom and dad have had them do several things, they found & repaired a mysterious leak, they replaced the drivers side mirror after an accident (2001 RV), put in new carpet and lots of other things — Very happy with them and we will definitely go back.
