Bath & Body Works

A bit of a smaller store, but it’s nice. It’s right in Kent station, so it’s location is convenient. On a side note, the company hasn’t lost it’s high pressure sales approach. So much so, that I must pretend to be on the phone whilst shopping. I get that the associates get credit for it but IT’S LOTION PEOPLE. Let the people choose! That aside, I find their best pricing and deals to be during their semi-​annual sales (June and December)! It’s the only times I go, so I’m sure to stock up.

Great location. Great products. Great sales. Great coupons. Great customer service.
Located in the heart of Kent Station, sorta across from the movie theater. Larger store, full of inventory! Lots of fantastic seasonal scents! Usually have great year round deals, such as soaps that are like 5/​$ 18, lotions Buy 2, Get 1 free, or Buy 3 get 3 free. When you pay, they give you coupons. You can also opt to receive coupons via e-​mail, which you get some really good ones! Sometimes even for free items, no purchase necessary
The girls that were working when I stopped by were super nice and friendly, very helpful too. I’ve never encountered a rude employee at any Bath & Body Works store I have ever been to.
One of my favorite spots to shop at when I stop by Kent — though they have locations literally all over the place.

Eeek! I’ve been here numerous times and had decent service. Tonight I met the manager. She was not friendly– did not care about her customers and treated me like I had a disease because I was using the B&BW coupons! I love B&BW and feel their coupons are what incentivizes me to shop there. Not shopping at this location anymore!

Love Bath & Body Works! I plan my trips around the sales so I can have bubble bath, shower gel, and candles year round.
I really like this particular location because it’s a little bit slower than the other ones in larger shopping areas. In practical terms, that means it’s easier to find the good 3-​wick candles on sale even several days after it’s started.
The sales people have always been the right amount of helpful. They let me know that they’re there to help out, but they also know when to stand back and just leave me to grabbing everything off the shelf and stuffing it into the bag.

What girl doesn’t love Bath & Body Works?!
They have all their holiday scents out right now, and I’ve stopped by like 2 times in the past few days… It needs to stop. However, I’ve gotten like 5 coupons that need to be used in the near future, so what’s a girl to do?
They’ve been having great sales lately too — yesterday the 3 wick candles that are normally $ 22 were $ 12, and last week the aromatherapy scents were $ 6 a bottle! Such a steal.
Only thing that I don’t particularly like about this location is that the girls are very adamant about trying to push sales. It’s like… Let me do this on my own. Stop. I can do this.

The lady that helped us in here was extremely informative! Helped us pick out different scents for all of the girls in our office & wasn’t pushy in any way about getting us to buy everything.
We were the only ones in the store so she was able to spend most of her time following us around while we smelt pretty much every lotion that was available, but never got impatient with us.
We bought things separately & she let us use my coupon twice so we both got 20% off on our purchases.
Great customer service, I’ll be back for sure.

I normally hate going to Bath & Body Works because I don’t enjoy being pressured by the staff when I just need a refill for my Wallflower.
I regret not catching the name of the employee who was working this evening (she was the pretty blonde lady), because she was awesome! She didn’t harass me or spray me with anything, and she was helpful without being overbearing. She let me browse the store without following me and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. She didn’t try to sell me anything extra and let me use the two coupons I had with no issues. Keep up the good work!

There’s a ton of selection here and it’s super convenient because now I don’t have to drive all the way to Southcenter!
I love that they’re often having a sale and I can stock up on candles and hand sanitizer.
The staff is very friendly, but I often feel as if they’re pushing me. (If I have a question, I’ll ask!)

Associates always acknowledge me as soon as I walk in (with the exception of one visit, hence the four stars instead of five) and their new stuff is great. I love wearing different scents to match the seasons since I’m a very nature inspired type of person. Love this place and I always want to come back.

I like the fact that bath and body works is near the Kent Station the staff ate nice and friendly. especially the young lady that been there for years and years she is a big help to me everytime I come in the store she let me know about the great deals and the best smelling lotion and perfume…

Nice location at Kent station. If you park in the back you won’t have to battle with everyone trying to find a parking spot. I’ve never had a problem with finding help in this store. Everyone is helpful and the sales staff always seems to have a smile on their face.

Finally a B&BW that I walk in and they don’t immediately harass me and spray me with stuff. The staff are funny and friendly, not overbearing.
Great prices and great sales pretty much all the time.

Friendly staff, despite the fact that we were wearing our Everett hockey jersey’s in a largely T-​Bird dominated area. They always have great sales going on. I usually end up walking out of there with something pretty smelling for very little money. Also, the staff hovers, but they are pretty good about going away when you say you don’t need help.
If you have a Victoria Secret credit card, they take them; VS owns Bath and Body Works.
