The man that runs the place has zero bedside manner and tries to shuffle people like cattle. I don’t think he understands the business he’s in… people are hurting and miss their loved ones. Heard one employee say,” I’m trying to move these people but they just won’t move!” If this is your business learn how to handle people and help them mourn their loss.
