Will not be back. The service is awful. Took forever to get our food. Then we had to wipe down our own table. I don’t think anybody has wiped tables today… The dining area is gross. It’s obvious the employees have never cared. And the ladies room was the nastiest. A step above a porto-potty.

Just went here and waited at least 8 minutes for my food. I was the only one there. After my long wait my food wasn’t even hot. They didn’t give me a straw or napkins. They forgot my fries. It was just all bad.

This is the most unprofessional and worst managed burger King I have ever experienced, first I go up to the drive thru and the lady taking my order just starts laughing and I haven’t even begun my order yet then I ordered a large size number one no pickle with onion rings instead of fries and a coke zero, have I said order more laughing and then repeating my order a few more times, I then ask why are you laughing and she says dam, nice professional choice of words. Anyway I go up get my order and get fries instead of onion rings I didn’t bother to tell them I just wanted out of there and never return. I truly question the management there to higher and allow that kind of conduct at a commercial big chain restaurant!

I usually go through the Drive Thru here on Tuesday’s after I bowl leagues at Kent Bowl. Went through tonight just to have to drive thru woman say they have no Burger or Whopper meat… and their broiler was not working either… so had to scratch that dinner idea…

No problems here. Clean and nice staff. Helmer was very respectful and nice. I did get the sense that some they were not very experienced.

this Burger King sucks, they don’t have enough staff to take care of drive thru, you have to wait for the longest time ever that I’ve and drove off pissed before and I’m never going back to the Burger King. please don’t bother to go to this burger King its a waste of time. terrible customer service…

Ridiculously long wait time for even a small drive-thru order. Had to wait 15 minutes for two chicken sandwiches. It seems like a petty complaint, but the whole point of a fast food joint is quick, cheap food. The food itself was unremarkable as expected. There are rarely fast food places that you go out of your way for. This is a place that you should go out of your way to avoid.
