CBC Moving

We recently had this company deliver and assemble a treadmill. We paid for the White Glove In-​Home Delivery and Assembly — $ 199. The appointment setup went very smoothly. The movers arrived on time. Once they got the treadmill into the home and out of the box, it became very clear they were not even remotely familiar with assembling the treadmill. There was definitely a language issue and the instructions were in English. I watched them try to fit pieces in different arrangements and debate with each other while attempting to put together the treadmill. They appeared to be very unsure of what they were doing. When they finally left, I found approximately 10 screws and 12 washers there were not even used. These were not *spare parts*. The instructions clearly stated where/​when these parts were supposed to be used. In addition, I found out they walked away with both allen wrenches that were included with the treadmill. One of these wrenches is supposed to be used to adjust the tension of the belt. I would NEVER recommend using this company for the purposes of assembly.

Extremely poor customer service. Phone calls go unanswered. They received my order from Wayfair in their warehouse and its been there for 7 days now. Still no call to schedule delivery. If you read other reviews on their PDX office, you’ll see a similar trend. Avoid them and tell your retailer to not route your order through CBC.
