Contour Countertops

Walked in the store and was met by a new person. She informed me that there was nobody there that could help me. She took my information and said she would give it to Lisa. Lisa called a few days later and said the quote would be e-​mailed that night. I didn’t receive it and left multiple messages during the next 7 days, no calls back. Finally a week later, a quote shows up. They claimed they had e-​mailed it back to me earlier. Then they claimed that they never got any of my messages.
Their quote was higher and their service was the worst I have experienced in a long time.
I went to NW Granite in Redmond and they provided a quote immediately and it was order the same day. Cheaper and terrific service at NW Granite.

Awesome service. Spoke with Donna the entire time, walked us through the pre installation process. They were able to install our countertop within a month that we ordered it from lowes for our kitchen. Would definitely recommend this company for future renovations!

Resolution — Contour came back and straightened the island top. They also fixed the seams so they are smooth and not all chipped … wish this had been done in the first place … so much better, and Lowe’s gave me a discount for my trouble. All in all … what was once a nightmare has been mostly fixed and I am ok with my countertops now.

So being in the Home Improvement business a long time, I know what to expect. I learned a few things coming here. The salespeople know their stuff and the workmen are craftsmens. I had a tricky layout and the tops came out perfect. I still get friends say how gorgeous my countertops are.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Not only did they do a crappy job of installing my new counter top but they refused to take responsability for the crappy job they did. They told me it was «industry standard» really! The edging didn’t match up and there was a gap in the seams that they filled with some sort of white stuff, and don’t forget the seam in the corner that I could lay a level on and it was raised up enough to rock the level up and down about a ¼ inch. So after 6 weeks of arguing with them and them still refusing to take responsibility we chose to have them torn out. They offered to do this for us for free. Now i have a split in the wood on one of my cabnits below the counter. Chunks of wood chipped away on the edge where they clearly pried the counter up. Glue and wood still all over the cabnits. and for some unknow reason they cut 2 big holes into the top of one of my enclosed cabnit tops. Save the headach and go somewhere else! NOT WORTH THE RISK!

I am IN LOVE with my new titanium granite table! I came into Contour with an idea of putting a piece of granite over my old coffee table and the staff was very helpful. They were not only knowledgeable but also a pleasure to work with, leading me to the perfect piece of remnant. Now after they polished and sealed it, the look is amazing!
The whole experience was exactly what I was hoping for, both in service I received and the end result. The remnant price was also an excellent bargain and I would recommend Contour to anyone looking for great product and service!
