Thomasina, one of the heads at Crate Tech, gave me a call after she read my review and we had a chat about the issues I faced. I must say, after being on Unilocal for a few years and having the experience with some close-​minded business owners, it goes a very long way for someone to approach the criticism in an open, honest, respectful and thoughtful way like she did.
I received a heartfelt apology, an assurance that they take these reviews seriously (refreshing, to say the least) and Thomasina even asked for my new address. I’d imagine she’s going to send me a brand new car (I wish) but I’m sure it’ll be something thoughtful.
In the world of the Web and 2010, there are companies that take customer service to the next level. I’d consider using Crate Tech again after the conversation I had with them because my confidence has been restored.
