We’ve been with Doug’s agency since it opened over 10 years ago. He’s always reachable via email, phone and also makes house calls! We appreciate him looking out for our insurance needs and takes really good care of us. I was in the market for condo insurance and she answered all my questions, provided me with excellent service and a great discount when combining my auto and condo
policy! And, she did it all while listening to my needs and making sure I was receiving the right kind of service. Questions like «Do you want to conduct our business all online or do you want to come into my office?» made me feel like she was taking an interest in my overall satisfaction. Well, it worked!
