My wife and son brought me here for a father’s day breakfast while in the area looking at homes for sale… we could not have asked for better weather… very beautiful relaxing setting to enjoy a meal and cold beer. I have been here several times but never for breakfast. 3 stars for the food … an additional star for view and service… one more for a great tap list! For the love of family… Priceless!

My husband and I love this place. We often come here for an afternoon beer, after practicing at the driving range… well, he calls it practicing, I call it — him criticizing me on my stance and my grip for an hour or so ;) They have a great selection of beers, usually 20 or more on draft. They also have a good selection of wines and hard liquor. Nine years ago, when my husband and I first moved to the area, their menu was more extensive — more steaks and chops, etc. Now it’s more pub grub or bar food — nachos, fish and chips, sliders, hot wings, burgers — and while I love pub grub, I long for the old days when they had several different types of steak on the menu and more choices as far as entrees go. They do still have at least one steak and their whiskey chicken dish on the menu(which has been good every time I’ve had it, but is quite a lot of food and very rich). The changes in their menu don’t prevent me from giving them five stars since, most of the time, the food is good and the location, scenery, atmosphere and beer/wine/liquor selection really can’t be beat. Rachel, the bar manager, always has a cheerful greeting, a smile on her face, and a hug for the regulars. Give breakfast a try on Saturday or Sunday.

We decided to try Druids Tap House based on reviews posted. We went later in the evening. This was really hard to find, so glad we had a map. This is dark and very dated. Wife had French dip and it was ok. Husband had fish and chips and they were awful! Should have sent them back. The batter had bubbled in the fryer and popped. The fish then overcooked in that spot. The cook knew, because that was served overcooked part down side. The service was ok, but not that great. Would not recommend this place and won’t go back.

Great little find 9 mins from Covington Costco. 20 or so taps, most top tier crafts with a heavy emphasis on IPA’s…PERFECT!!! Best deal for happy hour I know of. 3.22 for a 16oz craft. Beat that. Some good munchies to choose from too. I think I just found my new watering hole.

They have a family friendly side of the bar area. But this is the first restaurant I have been to that doesn’t have high chairs, which sucks. They did bring color crayons and paper. We never did seem to hit it off with our server. She seemed to be a little to busy. Or maybe we annoyed her while juggling our little one year old in our laps. I don’t dig southwest food so much, but the Southwest burger was just everything that I love. Order it! My Wife got the clam chowder, which was also tasty. They have about twenty different beers on tap, so you can’t go wrong. The atmosphere is great inside and out. This place is a few miles into the sticks, which adds to the coolness. Our happy hour tab was like $ 35 for a burger with fries, clam chowder and four craft beers. Not bad.

Three of us get together once a month for breakfast. We’ve gotten in the habit of coming to the Tap House. This morning there was absolutely NOONE in the restaurant area. The bar had patrons as the Seahawks were playing at 10:00. Not wishing to sit near the windows, as the sunshine was streaming in and we thought it would get too hot, we sat at the opposite side in the alcove area. The alcove area has 3 tv screens that look out towards the restaurant. We had ordered coffees and were perusing the menus when one of the waitresses stopped by with a gentleman and asked if she could turn up the volume on the game. We thought that turning up the volume would make it difficult to converse, so we replied that we were good with the current volume.(Mind you, they have tv sets in the BAR area and the volume was up considerably in there.) The next thing we knew, another waitress came around the corner, glared at us and said, «Too bad, I’m turning the volume up whether you like it or not.» Uh… what? She did precisely that. We were stunned and said something about sitting on the opposite side by the windows, if the shades were down. She immediately retorted, «I can pull the shades down. .. you could do it yourself.» She stalked over to the windows and started yanking the shades down. We are sitting there in total disbelief. WOW! Somehow, someway, we have evidently made this woman totally and completely furious. It was in her body language and in her incredibly rude remarks. She was livid. We asked to speak to the manager, but evidently the staff is left to their own devices on weekends. No manager was available. We left. They lost 3 paying customers so that this ONE gentleman could hear the Seahawks game at full volume(which is exactly what he could have done in the BARAREA). I fail to understand why anyone would get into the hospitality/restaurant business if they have no skills at dealing with customers. There was absolutely no excuse for the manner and conduct of this woman. Worse, I don’t understand why the Tap House doesn’t have anyone in charge on the weekends. Those are the days you have golfers, weekend people for breakfast, etc. To expose your restaurant to the whims of a woman who clearly has issues and subject your customers to such insults is not professional in the slightest.

It’s been a while. We have a passport card and have been there before when it was woodfire or firecreek or some variation of that. Then we had full racks of ribs and they were delicious. Hoped to have something like that or maybe even prime rib. Not to be for either. I had fish and chips. Three unequal pieces heavily breaded but«juicy». Seasoned fries were good as was the coleslaw. Wife had a chicken dish with mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy. The veggies with it were pretty over cooked and probably should have gone into a soup. My thought had been to have a burger and a beer which is what I’ll do another time.

Wow! This 19th hole is open to the public. Have to thank the only two reviews before me. Had a late lunch with my cousin on the back patio, on the course. Exceptionally well-behaved four little girls at the table next to us… family friendly. One server and one bartender tag-teaming the tables while providing friendly service. My black and blue burger was juicy, great, and not overpriced. I also enjoyed two IPAs I have not had before… not that I am from here. Now, I want to hit a few buckets of balls to work up an appetite first. Why not… same parking lot.

Great, tasty clean food. Servers greeted us promptly with smiles. The view was great, and the taplist is impressive for the location! I had a southwestern burger with a blackened patty, chipotle aioli, red peppers, jalapeño and cheese with lettuce, tomatoes and onion stacked tall! There was the common restaurant debris though like straw wrappers, napkins blowing around on the patio, etc. But i would definitely come back!

Good nachos, clubhouse sandwich. Great drinks and cocktails! Servers are polite… Rob is the manager and a nice guy.
