Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They didn’t have the car I wanted, but they upgraded me to a nicer one with no additional cost. I was driving around in luxury. It was awesome.

We needed a car for one day when we first booked 2 months in advanced. The day before we got there we called and told them we needed it for 4 days instead and would drop it off in a different location. Said it would be no problem. When (Samantha) the agent brought the car it was hassle free. She was so terrific. She was very helpful and friendly. We went back to the office and were in and out with no trouble. We have rented in other locations with no issues, but Samantha was over and above great.

This Enterprise location has friendly, helpful agents. Sometimes they do not have a big selection of cars!
A favorite place for me to rent a car when needed!

Enterprise showed up 45 minutes late to their appointment because the got «lost». The location was Abra auto body which they bring multiple rentals to. So it seemed like she was lying. It was also raining that day and the enterprise employee didn’t feel like getting he hair wet so rushed through the inspections. Before I even got the car, since she was late, she didn’t even fully explain the insurance to me. Enterprise ended charging $ 600 by the end of it. For insurance that I didn’t need. They will keep charging $ 100 until they get what they need. No apologies for showing up late or having a lack of communication with their customers. Never again with Enterprise. And no they didn’t offer to pick me up.

Had to deal with a rental after a little car mishap occurred in our driveway.
All we really had to do was call our insurance to get a confirmation and call Enterprise to reserve a car.
I went there during rush hour traffic and dealt with a young gentleman– Mario.
Mario was very thorough. I got a car in less than 10 minutes. This is a great location for all of you who don’t want to locate a car out of 100’s in a car rental lot.
The entire transaction was very pleasant up the point when I was refunded my deposit.
I would suggest this location for anyone who lives in the area. Keep in mind that this lot has smaller inventory compared to the airport; but the staff members are very professional.

I’m writing this on behalf of my cousin Katherine. Her car experience started about 5 and a half months ago. She went from never renting a car to a silver membership in 5 and a half months give or take. Her first rental was nothing you would expect from a car rental place. She gained a relationship with the employees there because she rented so much in such a short time frame. Never once were they genuinely courteous. Never offered her deals in her area and always gave her a hard time. Not to mention that every time she went to the front desk thinking her total was a certain amount, it always ended up being more. Beware of secret charges! She got mediocre customer service at its best, considering she saw the employees there for 5 and a half months about every 3 weeks. Customer service is a joke!!! There’s nobody to complain to at this location because they all treat you the same. I saw my cousin literally cry after the last couple of rentals due to frustration with the employees. I strongly recommend you save your time and money and rent from somewhere else!

Very efficient. If there is something you need, they do whatever they can to make it happen.
Mario was the young man that drove me home after my last rental. He was professional and personable. Enterprise at Central Avenue in Kent is really a great place to rent a car

I have been renting cars through Enterprise for over 11 years now. I never had any major problems with them or their cars. I have used them in different states and I have gotten the same great service with them all. Since e being here in Kent, Wa, I have really fell in love with my CENTRAL AVE ENTERPRISE people. If I am in there to pick up or drop off, they are always fast and efficient with a smile. I have NEVER had a problem with them like I have had with Avis, Hertz, and other brands. Keep up the good work.

I have been renting cars at this location for over a year now and am very pleased with the service I have received. Ashley and her staff are excellent at taking care of me and my rental needs.

Beware, you will somehow be charged for something you won’t find out about until some time later. I’m writing this review on behalf of my father who was recently charged $ 160 on a temporary replacement due to someone backing into his car. When asking an employee about the charge she responded with «it’s not our fault, you have to talk to your insurance» with a more than snarky attitude. He asked why he wasn’t notified via phone call or even email that his insurance wouldn’t cover the charge she said they called once, yes only once out of the 15 days my father had the rental we were only contacted once and he happened to not answer. Our overall experience was anything but a walk in the park. I insist anyone who is looking for a car rental to please do your research and you’ll probably find a much better place!

We had a family emergency and I was scattered. The rep handled me with care, she took extra time to cover all the details. Thank you for helping me get back on the road.

If I could give the Kent location 0 stars I would. Corporate didn’t help either. To summarize, Enterprise charged me over $ 730.00 for a 13 day Nissan Altima rental. The charges were fraudulent, and I even contacted the BBB when it took 2 weeks to realize corporate would not follow through. Enterprise didn’t even respond to the BBB. My original reservation was $ 119.00 per week. That would be $ 238.00 for 2 weeks.
The first week I was charged $ 208.00 for the rental and $ 150.00 for the deposit. I was fine with that as it included insurance. We decided to keep it another week. You would think it would be the same price. Instead, I was charged around $ 530.00 for the second. I did not get my deposit back. There are so many details to the lies we were told, I won’t even type them here. Basically, they owe us slightly over $ 300.00. (300.00 in deposits and an additional $ 8.00 they debitted my account 1 week after returning the rental)
I emailed enterprise twice and called them a few times. My gf called them several times as well. The cold part is, when they finally had someone contact us, it was the original manager at the Kent location that wouldn’t help us in the very beginning.
The Kent location and corporate are angering. I’ve rented from Enterprise for decades, and I’ve never experienced this treatment. The Auburn location is great though. I’m just going to stop here and never rent from Enterprise or any of its companies. I wish it were different. My girlfriend even owns one of their vehicles.

The staff here are idiots. They charged my credit card over the fraud alert limit «by accident» and then would not accept cash or even apologize for the error. I had been in a wreck and needed a rental asap but this is NOT the place for quick or helpful service. Not to mention the advertised rates are not the actual rates so be prepared to pay almost double when you arrive. The only plus: the guys who turn over the cars gave me a ride to another rental place down the street. Bottom line: avoid at all costs. Pretty sure I got charged $ just for stepping in the door!

As Summertime often offers fewer availability in many area, especially airports, this Enterprise location lived up to all my expectations. Great Price, when no other could compete, pick up at my home, and got just what I needed in terms of vehicle. Great Service overall. Closed on Sunday.

Enterprise rental car tricked me into signing off on a $ 13.99 per day for collision coverage after I had to pick up a rental because my car was wrecked by a 3^rd party. They told me the 3^rd party insurance may cover it. Told them, if they didn’t to contact me immediately because I would have brought the rental car right back, but when the 3^rd party insurance refused Enterprise failed to notify me. Now I’m stuck with a $ 195 charge to my credit card. Enterprise sucks! I would never rent from them again!
Their employees are clearly short-​term and lack training. They’re pushy and only care about their commissions and making profits, not the customer.

They were great at first. Then they decided to give me a car that «wasn’t approved» by the insurance company I was going through… So they decided to charge me without letting me know. Then on top of that… It took 4 different phone calls to get it reconciled. It’s been a month and I had to call AGAIN. I assumed it was taken care of… Nope. They have a horrible sense of follow through. Poor service overall. If you said you were going to do something… Do it! It’s not rocket science.

**Please note that they do not pick up from the airport which is understandable, but you’ll need to add nearly $ 80 for cab fare to and from the airport to your rental cost to compare**
First of all, their address is wrong on most of their booking sites and including Unilocal.My first impression when I came in to this location was that these guys are super polite and friendly. At first I actually felt pretty good about my choice given the other choices around. This is about where the good feels ended.
The reality about this place is that it is an upsell heaven. The first upsell is right off the bat where they take you outside in the back and show you all of the vehicles asking you «which one would you like?». My answer to that question was «which type of car fits the one I reserved?» This is obviously something that they don’t want you to say. The next upsell was as I’m getting into the actual car that I reserved, this guy pitches me for the extra coverage. I have my own liability coverage as well as collision with my credit card. In addition, I have AAA. He walked me through each one of these with a very very intense attitude like his life depended on it. He even mentioned that it is not get commission but he is just very concerned for me. He told me that if the car is damaged they will charge me 20k and MAYBE I’ll get reimbursed by Visa. He even asked me about my health insurance?!
After I declined over and over again, he finally settled on some very general anything goes coverage that I guess covers a scratch or chip on the windshield or something. I declined that which was $ 17 a day for my one-​week rental and he said «wow, okay, this is really scary.». really dude?
At this point I was pretty much at the end of my rope when he sticks out of hand and says «did I provide you with excellent customer service today?» I wanted to say shitty dude, really really shitty.
When I returned the car, I was asked twice by a different guy how my experience was (while another guy was getting the third degree while renting a car). I finally told them they needed to tone it down on the upselling. He said, it’s probably because you only had liability on your insurance. I didn’t even want to ague.
I am a 33 year old business owner and I have been in sales and marketing for a long time. I know when someone is selling to get commission, steak knives or to keep their own job and this was it.
I chose these guys over the cheaper services because I wanted a faster more high-​quality experience when renting and dropping off a car. However, all of the time I would have saved was wasted by walking out in the back for the first upsell and standing outside of the car with my girlfriend through the five minute grilling. I feel like these guys just watched Glengarry Glen Ross Alec Baldwin speech, «ABC always be closing». Tone it down Enterprise we just want to get our car and get started on our vacation.

I phoned the location and selected «make a reservation». I spoke at length with someone about the need for an immediate reservation of a minivan for 1 week. She took all of my information, assured me someone would pick me up at 1230p and provided me a confirmation number. When I REDIALED THE SAME NUMBER at 1pm and inquired about the status of my pick up, I was told they had no record of my reservation and they were sold out — There was NO empathy or attempt at customer service here. What a HORRIBLE experience.

Don’t trust this deceptive company.
They did pick me up from the repair shop and dropped me off at their location. I was told that the only vehicle they had to rent me was a giant gas guzzling SUV. When I inquired about another vehicle I was refused. When filling out the paperwork they marked the gas level up almost a quarter tank higher than it actually was. I complained and after going out to the car with the employee (didn’t catch his name) and demonstrating where he marked the gas to be and where it actually was did he fix his mistake.
From here it only got worse. I returned the rental car two weeks later (my car had been in an accident and had extensive damages) and was told after a brief inspection that I was all set. I asked anyway if I needed to do anything else to ensure that they would charge the insurance company directly (the other car was at fault in this accident, their insurance recommended the body repair shop who recommended nearby enterprise) They told me I didn’t have to do anything and that they would take care of it.
Two weeks later I checked my balance to find they charged me $ 500 for the rental. I called the insurance company who never received a bill or claim number or anything of the sort. I called the Central Ave. Enterprise and spoke to Brandon, who brushed it off saying they must have sent it to the wrong place. At no time when picking up or returning the rental did Enterprise give any indication that this might happen. In fact, Enterprise never bothered to call me, or send me a statement through the mail to inform me that they were charging me for the rental. Instead I had to call them, (and after being put on hold numerous times) was able to wrangle their pathetic excuse of a story out of them.
Finally, the employee Brandon told me I could wait on hold even longer, or have his manager call me back. It’s now the end of the day, and I’m out $ 500 without so much as a call back from their manager.
Find another car rental, this one is far too deceptive.

I used this Enterprise during the past week, and the staff here is really nice. They called with concerns that they had, and they answered all my questions. It did take a few calls for me to get help in the early AM hours, when an idiot light came on and I had no idea what it meant. But someone in, I think, VA helped me. Anyhow, all the staff that I have dealt with at this location were nice and helpful.
