I had a leak in my fireplace and so I called these guys to fix it since they installed it. There was two shutoff valves and the connection piece between the two valves was not tight because I was able to move it. Logan came out and he was able to fix it and moved the one valve I could shut off and on closer to inside the box, otherwise you had to stick your hand through the hole where the pipe was coming to shut off the valve. He was also able to tighten the fitting and now I have no more gas smell. He gave me some tips and tricks and told me why my builders put in two wall switches instead of just one. He was very personable and friendly. I would highly recommend Fireside. Logan represented them well.

0 customer service. We visited this showroom and received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Extremely condescending, greed and money was apparent in everything this guy was saying. I’m still in disbelief from the unprofessional attitude of this place.

We hired Fireside in Kent in 2011 as they had the beautiful blue Fyre glass and would be willing to remove the old fake logs and install the new burner and glass. It is a beautiful product and I still love the Fyre glass, but this is the second time I have smelled gas. October 29th, PSE came out and unhooked the line, requiring that we have it serviced. It took more than 3 weeks to get a service man out and the guy was simply not trained. He didn’t understand why he couldn’t turn on the fireplace to test it(as I mentioned, PSE unhooked the line) and he said he had never seen a fireplace like this before. After a time, he determined what the issue was and that parts would have to be ordered — someone would be in touch. Well that was November 20th and no one has called, still. We have called and no one seems concerned. I called to talk to a manager and the response was«for what department?» The manager that she connected me with said that he would look into it and I would hear from him within the hour. He did call me within the hour, but had no report. He said we need a pilot assembly, but wasn’t clear when I would get it. Still no word.
