Forest Creek Apartments

We are so happy to live here. It is so quiet and the staff here are exceptional (Teresa, Carolyn and Curtis) the grounds are always kept and they are on the ball with anything and everything. They make the living experience wonderful here. So pleased to live in such a good community. Oh and the management even picks up garbage when it’s on the ground. Who does that? These guys do. We absolutely love it here.

I have personally been through the construction upgrades… it was tough to go through but what made a difference is Teresa and her team. They also took care of us financially — compensated us for the inconvenience.

I would recommend this apartment complex only to my worst enemies. They lose your rent checks and charge you late fees along with the rent they lost. Don’t move here, renter beware. Terrible management that finds any way they can to rob you of your money. When I first moved here I was told that I could show up any time before 5 o’clock, I rented a moving truck and loaded my things up. I called ahead saying that I wouldn’t be in until 4:30 and to PLEASE be there when I arrived so I could pick up my key and finish signing my lease papers, I was told that this would not be a problem. I arrived at 4:25 and no one was here, the door was locked and I had to find a hotel to stay in prior to moving in. then when I moved into the apartment that they had showed me before the light in the bedroom had been removed, the shower curtains had been removed, the drain plugs for the bath, the sink, and the garbage disposal had all been removed and I had to purchase these from a hardware store. I have never seen such poor management and when you have a problem you are treated disrespectfully. Exercise equipment is broken, hot tub is broken.
