This is strictly referring to the opening shift male employee. Two weeks ago I turned in all my ps3 games. The next week I turned in two ps3 controllers and two remote charging cables. I then told the employee before we made the exchange I was going to turn in my ps3 for a ps4 the following week, today, and this was the last of what I had, besides the console. He made no comment to me what I might need. I go in today with the ps3 console, he then informs me that I need a charging cable and remote to turn in the system to get any money. I then said why didn’t you tell me that when I told you last week that this was the last of the stuff I was turning in besides the console? He says back to me we aren’t mind readers. I then inform him that I told him everything last week and ask him why he didn’t tell me all this useful information last week? He just stood there so I walked out. Now I’m buying my ps4 at best buy and will buy all video gaming things at best buy from now on. Maybe you should listen to your customers and provide helpful feedback instead of trying to get me to put my money down on a game I won’t play.

My issue with this Gamestop is that tend to get all extra with their information. I just want to know a release date. And generally, I won’t ask that because I’ll already know or look it up myself. So if you answer my question, thank you, please don’t oblige me to have to then wait for you, courteously, while you press more buttons on the computer and wait for answers I may already know or just… didn’t want to know. It can be especially annoying if you’re just talking idly only to come to an unformed conclusion after all of the said button-pressing. It wastes everyone’s time. I also have a bit of an issue with the fact that if I am asked«Do you need anything» or «Have any questions» repeatedly. it’s only worse because when I say no, I get told«Ok, well let me know if you need anything.» I pretty much take that as permission to… not have to answer«need assistance» questions anymore. It sounds petty. Maybe it is. I just have never been a fan of the whole, «Ok it’s been five minutes and he’s one of two people here, maybe I should ask again…» thing. It’s like«Mom. Mom. Mom. Mommy. Mommy. Mother. Ma. Mom. Momma. Momma.» I… I got it. Seriously. I’m just browsing, thanks. The game selection is what you would expect from a smaller location as this one. It won’t have everything so don’t expect it. That really comes down to those hard to find titles that you’ve already called 11 other stores trying to find. It’s pretty basic. I’ve never seen all of their game stations up at the same time, to include their Wii U station… which is disappointing because… well, it’s the newest console to come out in years. So there’s that. Anyway, I will be back. Because its nothing impossible and because it’s the closest. And it’s just not that serious.

Our family’s favorite GameStop. The service and selection are the best– we won’t go anywhere else for games!
