Yesterday I had the pleasure of having Lance with G.S.H.I. help me out with an inspection on a condo I intend to purchase. Being a first time home buyer, I honestly didn’t know what to expect. Lance was awesome! He was thorough and took the time to explain why each item either needed to be replaced or was completely fine and how long it’s life span should be. I will definitely recommend Lance to others looking for a home inspection.

Was recommended by our realtor. Lance did a very thorough, detailed inspection of our future home. Many home inspectors are in and out in 2 hours, but Lance spent 4 hours inspecting, while also explaining any deficiencies he saw. His detailed report came promptly the next day. Highly recommend this company to anyone!

We had Lance inspect our home on the recommendation of our Realtor.
He showed up right on time and did a very thorough job with the inspection.
What I thought was wonderful is that Lance took his time explaining everything to me, and making sure I understood everything he was looking at.
Very pleasant and professional, and a good price. Will use Lance in the future if the need ever arises!
