H&R Block

Let me start this by saying that I’ve been an h&r block customer since ’00. When I came to this h&r block and had a lady prepare my taxes, she allowed me to do things that I’m not supposed to be able to do like count support that wasn’t court ordered and it screwed up my entire return. Keep in mind that I came here in good faith assuming that they knew what they were doing and that they were doing it right. I had to file an amended return and the total for an amended return was over $ 400 and it was their mistake that put me in that situation in the first place.
I’ve lost confidence w just techs that use software to prepare returns, I don’t want to waste any more w these guys, this year I’m going to an actual CPA.
