Absolutely horrible. Me and my boyfriend were showed a great apartment in our price range, signed all the paperwork hired movers and on move in day we arrived and the apartment we walked into was 100% nothing like the apartment they showed and promised to us. Dirty old carpeting, 80’s cabinets, smaller and not renovated. We were promised and shown a newly renovated hardwood throughout granite countertop and stainless steel appliances large 2 bedroom apartment. I cannot describe the anger disappointment and frustration walking into this place. They were literally still painting as we walked in. So even this crappy apartment wasn’t ready. There were no other vacant apartments similar to what we were promised so now we are forced to pay more money to put our stuff into storage. We have 10 days left on our current lease and I have no idea what I’m going to do. Still need to get the rest of our money back.

Over the past few years I have lived in these apartments a total of 3 separate times. Most of my experience with Management has always been positive. This most recent move in was without a hitch(as expected) and the customer service is basically amazing. Specifically Nicole & Brianna(Manager & Asst. Manager) are the two I’ve dealt with most often and they are the sweetest caring people. Also, the maintenance people(the two that I know of) Juan & Kendrick… amazingly sweet, knowledgeable, and dedicated individuals. Since this is my third time moving to this particular apartment complex(creature of habit and nice housing layouts), I noticed the management is different than before but definitely great. I actually received a welcome package and visit from one-site community members. I was shocked and felt very welcomed. Depending on the location of your apartment, this is a GREAT place to be. My apartment building is super quiet and private. I seriously love it!
