Jack In The Box

Horrible customer service. My boyfriend and I waited outside for more than 10 minutes to get served and all they were doing was chit-​chatting inside! We even rung the doorbell as well. I saw about 3 workers inside and not one of them acknowledged we were there. Most definitely lost us as customers.

I just ate there last night and they gave me food poisoning. The woman at the window was rude and not the sharpest tool in the shed.
I’m in hell because of this place. Never again.

Standard Jack In The Box… Nothing special about it. Went here last night when I was drunk and absolutely needed tacos.
Prices are pretty great for what they are offering. We got 4 tacos, a chicken sandwich, and an order of curly fries for $ 6.56.

I have always gotten great service at this location.
The person at the drive through introduces herself to you every time even.
There is a slight language barrier as the usual there, but they make up for it in kindness and appreciation for your business.

Went through the drive thru last week to grab lunch. No wait in the drive thru, woo hoo!
The chicken sandwich was just made for me and it was spot on. So were the curly fries and I could tell they used fresh oil. Hooray!
Jack in the crack won the prize for a good lunch that day!

This location legit needs to shut down. I agree with a review Marc left in 2012 saying how the drive through people aren’t the brightest bulbs in the shed, but this is three years later and the quality of employees has not improved.
First, we went up to the drive through window after ordering and my father asked one of the gals standing there, one who looked to be Asian, if they did military discounts for Memorial Day. She said, «yeah, ten percent.» Then my dad said «how about free stuff?» and he was joking, but figured he would try since Taco Bell up the road gave us free sodas, since we’re a military family. The other girl there, an African American girl there, said «yeah!» My dad perked up and said «oh, what kind of free stuff do you have?» She said «oh, we don’t give no free stuff away.» We all kind of looked at each other in the car. «You JUST said you give out free stuff.» Her eyes went wide and she said «WHO said that?» …all of us in the car, and the other girl at the window, said «YOU said that!» She waved her hand, said «I ain’t said that!» and walked away.
Okay then.
We get back to our hotel and the tacos we got were DISGUSTING. They looked like little soggy diapers rather than tacos. We went back and complained to the manager. She said «oh, they must have cooked it in the wrong oil.» We could hear her in the back asking how he cooked them — the guy was dropping the tacos in the oil baskets to cook them.
…WHAT? Never again. Avoid like the plague.

This place has terrible customer service. Had to wait over 10 minutes in the drive thru. As I was leaving I realized they missed something I paid for. Had to park my car, and wait at the outside window another 5 minutes before I could tell them they missed my food and my receipt. The lady looked at me like I was crazy cuz she missed my food. She turns behind her and grabs the food she obviously missed and then shuts the window on me still not giving me a receipt. Meanwhile one of the workers is just leaning on the grill not doing anything. To top it off when I got home I took a sip of my soda and that wasn’t even the right drink. Not going back to this location!

This is the weirdest little ghetto Jack In The Crack I’ve ever seen. It’s in a terrible location and it sucks trying to get in and out of during traffic times. It’s nearly impossible to hear the employee at the drive thru, especially if a train is going by. I’ve never had a problem with any of the staff but I’ve tried eating here twice now since it’s on my way home from bowling (Kent Bowl) but I will NEVER eat here again.
BOTH times I’ve eaten here, I’ve gotten horribly sick… I’m not talking a little tummy ache… I’m talking full on ass blasting my guts out all night long, and then feeling like crap for two days afterwards. I dunno if the employees are not washing their hands or what the deal is here but I’m warning you now, avoid this place like the plaque!

We asked for 6 tacos with extra lettuce. Not only did we not get extra lettuce, we didn’t even get fresh tacos. They were so old they were falling apart and sticking to the paper. The Manager was the person who took our order, and gave us our slop. I used to work at Jack in the Box so I can say for sure those tacos were sitting out for at least 45 minutes. If you have the means to avoid this Jack in the Box, I would highly recommend you go anywhere else. We are never getting food from this place again.

It’s a little weird since there isn’t inside seating, but if you can get past that it’s one of the better jack in the boxes in the area. The food is always good and the service is friendly, and quick.

I pulled through the drive thru to pay for a breakfast sandwich on Easter Sunday when I smelled the distinct odor of marajuana coming through the drive up window. If employees do not have enough common sense not to get high on pot while cooking food for customers, then I doubt they have the common sense to wash their hands after using the restroom.

This is a review of my drive through experience.
Placed order with no ketchup or tomato on my Sourdough Jack. Pull up to window, cashier says «would you like ketchup?» *blank stare*
Otherwise an uneventful experience. Food was good and as you would expect.

This is the first Jack in the box in Washington. It’s good but the speaker is loud or the Indian lady is loud. Can’t tell.
