Wow what a sad day for Jimmy & John too. I called in to place an order and the first guy answers and says please hold and completely forgets about me. So i hang up and call back. The nexy guy answers and he sounds like he’s about 69 yrs old and EXTREMELY hard of hearing. I literally repeated EVERYTHING I said back to him. The most excruciating part was when he took down my debit card info. There’s 16 digits and he’s seriously typing each digit every 3 secs. If you’ve ever typed a sentence before you would understand exactly how long it was taking. Then after all that repeating and all the the slow typing he has the audacity to still get it wrong and have to go back and retype it in again. Lol by this point I’m actually fuming and wanting to hang up but I stick it out till the end, only to have this old fart hang up in my face. They’re lucky that Unilocal wont allow 0 stars.

Super bummed about this place. I had a really rough experience with one of their drivers once who just rudely barged into my office(which we are a locked down and secure facility) and she practically pushed me out of the way to get to my desk to have me sign the receipt. I told the manager and He was great and gave me a $ 15 credit… the problem was the credit was never applied so I had to try and explain my situation to the next manager. She was nice enough to honor it and let me have the $ 15 credit. So now I am using the $ 15 credit and my driver gets completely LOST! And don’t get me wrong, some addresses are difficult… but when I am LITERALLY across the street and I can see your front door and it takes you 25 mins to bring me my sandwich… that just isn’t «Freaky Fast» The driver called to tell me she was lost about 15mins after I ordered. Then at 25mins I called the store and they tried to tell me that she wasn’t lost but had 15+ orders to deliver. I’m confused… isn’t your motto«Freaky Fast»??? Why would you put 15+ orders to ONEDRIVER. This store is just disorganized all around and cant seem to figure it out. Such a bummer, because the sandwiches are so good. But I could’ve gone next door to Subway and gotten a sandich made for me in 1⁄3 the time. Sad

Consistent, fast, cheap. These are my favorite on the go sandwiches. A cut above subway, quiznos, ect.

Very friendly and super quick. I have eaten her a few time and I love that they have moved so close to my work. I usually pre-order and it is ALWAYS early. I ask for a 315 delivery and they arrive at my door at 311. I love this place and the food
