Worst customer service ever. I reserved a 10′ truck, but when I arrived there was no truck available whatsoever. The manager was unwilling to rectify the situation or offer any help in any way. Went to the uhaul location on west main (near stow) and was helped immediately… friendly, fantastic customer service. Do not choose this location!!! Go further down the street!!!
