Le’von Nail Spa

I saw the reviews on this place and was expecting something a lot better. I made an appointment and was little alternative due to work & traffic. When I got there I told them what I wanted, lilac/​silver with a specific design on the ring finger. I was given to a guy that was new and it was his first day on the job. I had a broke nail that he didn’t ever soak so it took a good 5 minutes to get off because it hurt so bad I kept pulling away and rubbing my finger or holding it. … he actually looked annoyed with me when I would pull away in pain. I asked him why can’t we just soak this finger your hurting me he just said no. When he buffed my nails out he hit my skin constantly so that was fun. He didn’t take the time at all with my nails.
I’m really really f@%^$%@ mad because they charge $ 5 to get almond or coffin shape and they didn’t even give me coffin shape like I already had it coming in there. Are you serious? I got square. The other employees were rude, short, and inpatient. I only came here because my regular place POSH NAIL SPA in federal way was booked. (BTW if your looking for somewhere professional, clean, and extremely talent posh nail is where your want to go) I will never be coming back here.

One of my favorite places for a pedi in this area. It’s inexpensive, friendly and they rub hot stones at the end of your massage which is a part of the standard pedicure. They take a lot of time when doing my shellac manicures. They go back to make sure the edges are clean.

I finally found my go to nail salon! Based on other reviews, I’ve decided to give this place a try. I normally don’t get my nails done because of bad experiences with other nail salons in the past, but this place sure has changed that!
I wanted to get a full set of acrylics. As I walked in, they were all busy and I had to wait. But it didn’t take long for someone to help me. The staff was kind and welcoming, a very peaceful atmosphere. The lady who did my acrylic nails was so nice and good at what she did. I noticed how she didn’t rush, she made sure every single thing about my nails was exactly what I wanted (shape and length) before she proceeded to the next step. Most other places would just hurry and not even ask you unless you tell them! I wish I got her name because she was far the best nail technician I’ve had and would love to have her do my nails again! A full set of acrylics was $ 25 flat (no extra charges) and my nails turned our amazing!
As I waited for my nails to dry, I noticed a framed piece stating that they were VOTED TOP 10 BEST NAIL SALONS IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST! WOW! & I honestly couldn’t agree more! Great job Levon Nails! You’ve got yourself a frequent customer! I’ll definitely be coming back :)

This was my first visit to this place Le’Von nails was extremely immaculate. It doesn’t get much cleaner. The nails techs took their time and really pampered my daughter and I. If I had to make a complaint my only one would be that they were not talkative. If you want nice nails done right, this is the place to go.

Best salon I’ve been to. Really clean, professional and always do a nice job. Ann is my favorite, but they are all good! My mom is handicapped and they are so gentle and patient. And my sister loves the hit rock massage they do with a pedicure.

Amazing! I came in to get my nails done for prom and I couldn’t be happier. I’d recommend calling and scheduling an appointment because they were super busy on just a Wednesday. Evon is hands down the best nail artist I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many places and they always rush and ALWAYS accidentally cut me. She took her time even though I wasn’t one of her regular customers which I appreciate and she didn’t hurt me at all! I can already tell this will be my new favorite nail salon.

Last three times I went weren’t good. I’m not sure what happened here. Teen daughter didn’t want to go back because last two times she went with me to get her nails done, they were really rough and hurt her. But I still went back cuz I like the way they do mine. But last time the lady did a terrible job. And here’s what really upset me, one of my nails broke, snapped in half, causing bleeding and so I went in to get it fixed. And a girl knows, that if one of your nails break and you go back to the place that did them, they fix it for free. Nope. Not here. Why not? I don’t know. It’s annoying and not cool.
When the lady told me it would be 3.00, (3.00 is nothing, but it’s the principal of it) I asked why do they charge for a broken nail when this is where I got my nails done? The lady looked over at Evonne, the owner, and she ignored her and me. Didn’t even answer her question. And she was sitting 5 feet to her left. So I paid, walked out, and sadly, won’t return.
Sad that since Levon’s has such good reviews lately and suddenly things are going down. It’s pretty frustrating and its out of no where. :(I guess they got too good for their customers.
Btw I just noticed last few most recent reviews were low stars. So it’s not just me I see.

I’m visiting Seattle and came across this nail salon on Unilocal made appointment and here I am my pedi was awesome did great job and Dan did a phenomenal job on my nails just perfect I wish I could take him back to Cali with me love everything about my nails thanks guys

I came in with my 2 year old daughter hoping to get us pampered and have a good time. But I left disappointed at my overall experience here. The ladies that did my mani/​pedi seemed like they didn’t want to help me. One was speaking in her native tongue and smirking while the other had a cross look on her face the majority of the time. Her displeasure was made known as she tossed her bowl and utensils she used on me, into the foot of spa chair my daughter was sitting on.
While my daughter was waiting for her turn, two other customers came in and we’re helped BEFORE my kid. When I saw a 3^rd person being helped before my daughter, I expressed my frustrations and began to get ready to leave. It wasn’t until then, that the lady that did my manicure rushed over to paint my daughters nails. I was still disappointed because she didn’t give my daughter the spa treatment. NO, they removed her from her spa chair, sat her on the stool they use to service the customers, and the woman did a rush job because there were 2 more customers that walked in. SMH .
They may have done a good job on my nails, but because they mistreated my daughter I will NOT be coming back. She’s a PAYING customer just like everyone else. If that’s how they’re going to run their «spa», I wont be spending another CENT of my hard earned money there. ever again. Im sure I’ll find a business thats more professional, does better nails, is courteous and respects ALL their customers. SO LONG LEVON NAILS

Based on other reviews, I tried this nail salon on January 19^th. I have flat nail beds and find it difficult to get a set of acrylics that have a nice, natural arch.
I was very pleased with Le’von Nails. I stopped after work and only had to wait about 15 minutes, as a drop-​in. The woman who did my nails filled them, built up the arch and narrowed them a bit. I’m very pleased with the look of them and no lifting or nail polish chipping after a week. I’ll be going back.

They’re quick, and they’re good.
I’ve always been a fan of gel nails, but they seem to always come off quite easily after a week, and you’re left with this hanging awful thing for a few days. But not here.
A local friend invited us to get our nails done here on New Year’s Eve — great choice. The guy who worked on my nail was very thorough, and was careful around my cuticles. I was adamant to avoiding over-​cutting my cuticles, and he didn’t! Best part, they are quick. I was done within 30 minutes.
A week later, my nails still looks perfect. I don’t even have to put another layer of top coat like I usually do to extend the life of the nail. Best part, although there’s some grown nails, the gel part doesn’t come off. It’s on there!
Now that we’re back on the East Coast, I wish there’s a nail spot just as good as this one!

I’ve been here before, don’t remember why I never returned. Nevertheless, I was looking for a salon to fix that my usual salon had messed up just a few days prior. (And I mean, MESSED UP. It was horrible) I am so satisfied with this salon. They fixed every mistake, without complaint. And it was a lot of work. It was a busy Saturday afternoon and they had 9 people working. I didn’t have to wait one minute. They give out complimentary water bottles. I tipped wonderfully and paid less than I did without tip at my usual salon. Although out of my way, I will return.
(Only 4 stars until I go back and receive excellent service again, simply because I am doubtful due to other 2 star salons that claim to be 4.)

How is this place not raided 5 stars here in Kent! I get my nails done and have went everywhere and never seen any other place as clean, nice, beautiful, and so awesome with nail designs I ever seen!

They don’t offer as many colors as I would like so I removed one star for that. It all seems to be foil sparkles in every color or hues of pink. In fact, I’m getting a dusty pink color painted on right now. They also mistakenly overcharged us an extra $ 5, which I was peeved about. However, I plan to return anyway for their attention to detail, patience in creating the right nail shapes to your satisfaction, and quality in the final product. Okay, and I’m a sucker for their hot rock massage. I’ll just continue to double check what their final charge is.

This place was great and unexpected. I had some time to kill before my flight left so I found this place via Unilocal and popped in for a quick manicure. The girl who did my nails was quick and very friendly. My nails look great and best of all it only cost me $ 15!
I gave 4 stars vs 5 because now that I’m back from vacation, doing normal tasks with my hands I’m noticing the polish and my nails are already chipping (it’s been 1 day). I went back and added a layer of my own strengthening top coat to try to preserve the manicure a little longer.

Had my first visit today! After seeing the great Unilocal reviews I decided to give this place a shot!
I called ahead to make sure they were not too busy. After arriving, I chose my color and was seated after a few minutes. The man doing my nails (I think his name was Daung?) was very friendly and made sure that I liked my nails after each step. I showed him a few photos of what I wanted and he got it spot on! The salon itself is very beautiful and up to date. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a nail spa that looked so great! I really liked that they had water bottles available for guests. They also have a very large selection for shellac/​gel nails. I wish they had more selections for just regular polish. Overall I had a great experience. This spa is very luxurious! Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Ok, so I went back for a fill upon recommendation from the manager Evon — and, I’m SUPER glad I did. She paired me with a gentleman that was touted to be great with rounded nails.
I originally thought that I’d only need a fill and two nail replacements, but after removing my old nail polish, the nail tech suggested that I just replace them and do a full set. I obliged.
He carefully removed my old nails (pain free, I may add — sometimes when they run that fake nail between your nail and the acrylic it REALLY hurts — this guy was good!), and picked out the perfect size nails for me. This is another thing that I sometimes find fault with — too big of nails for your nail bed leads to lifting — not here. Then he filled my nails and didn’t get ANY acrylic stuck to my cuticles, under my nails or on my fingers — usually there is ALWAYS acrylic under my nails and they have to sand it out. He then cut all my nails and compared them to one another to ensure the length was the same — this was followed by meticulously filing my nails to be a PERFECT round shape and buffing them down thin to look more like natural nails.
This appointment lasted a little longer than normal because of the removal, etc. but, I’m never in a hurry to get my nails done, so I wasn’t bothered by this. It was a little too warm for my liking — but, those places are so small and jam packed — pairing that with the afternoon sun, there’s really no way around it.
So, at first stop I wasn’t impressed with this place… but, I’m very glad I came back. Evon really took the time to schedule me with the right person for my needs and I will be back to see him! I’m hoping that he takes this kind of care each time!

Lets be honest…
So far I have had good expierences. I am really picky with my nails because I never get acrylics and I love getting shellac manis. My nails are long, thick and naturally just really nice. So, it always bugs me when they dont file or put on the polish correctly. The ladies here are very friendly and funny! I dont recall them speaking in a different language, which I totally support being bilingual but sometimes it is offensive because it can come off as if they are speaking about you. I like that they make conversation and are honest.
I got my first pedicure from here last week and it was great! I was a little clumsy because it has been so long since I let anyone touch my toes. They only coated my toes once but so far the polish hasnt chipped! I dont usually do shellac on my toes so I expect the color to come off quicker then my finger polish. They used hot rocks and massaged my entire leg. YES, just what I needed.
The only down fall for my last visit was the flower design and shaping. I showed a photo to the gal and she did a completely awful looking flower. She tried really hard so I wasnt going to complain. Next time ill ask Le’von to add a design. The filing was also off and not what I wanted but my nails will grow and ill be more specific next time.
Overall, great atmosphere with great workers. check them out on facebook they post amazing designs and specials!
Ill be back in about a week :)

I have continued to come back here for my pampering days. I do not wish to change my reviews because I am still satisfied with their services =)
Although, I would like to give tips to the new comers or customers who aren’t a regular yet. I do not recommend walking in, especially around their busy time (before the weekends, evenings, around any holidays or events) as this place does get quite busy. It is very hard for them to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend phoning them first to get an idea of when would be a good time to come in. For the most part, it has been working out better for me when I do that.
Other than that, I love that I have my «regular» nail salon to go to!

I’ve found my new nail spot! Not only was Evon nice and dang good at hooking my nails up, she stayed an extra hour AFTER closing to get my nails and toes done. If that isn’t the true essence of CUSTOMER SERVICE I don’t know what is!
The nail shop is located within a plaza. It was clean and had very cute and modern décor. I didn’t feel rushed (even though I felt really bad for keeping them open) and she did such a good job! You pay for what you get and that means amazing quality! For a shellac mani + regular pedi it cost about $ 53. Not bad at all in my opinion. If you want great customer service and amazing quality, Evon and her shop is where you need to go!
