Called this place to inquire about Notary Service. The first thing the guy who answered the phone said was, «Can you hold on? I have a rude customer I have to handle right now.» Before I responded, he put the phone down. I should of hung up the phone right then and there.
Heard him berating a customer in the background. He then came back on the phone and I asked him how much do they charge per page for Notary. He then responded, «I don’t know. You need to come in.» Then he hung up. Uh, yeah dude.
This place needs some help in customer service/​etiquette.

This place is horrible. We’ve been doing business here, mostly dropping off dhl shipments here. And I’ve never had a problem. Until today. The owner was beyond rude to other customers and myself. She told us that we have to call dhl to tell them to come pick up the box at their place. Isn’t that your job?! I’ve been doing this for over 2 years and NOW you decide to say this? Not even politely.
The owner is a total bitch. I will NEVER go here again.
I recommend to anyone and everyone to not go here. She’s rude and inattentive. She offers no help and is snarky the whole time.

Why go to a postoffice when they are rude? I like doing my mail services at Mail Boxes of Kent because they are so friendly. I bring in what I need to mail and they take care of it. Unlike the postoffice, they make you buy your own tape and package it yourself and THEN make you get back in line after you have waited hours just to reach the front of the line again.
