Mike Corning – BOA

Mike Corning is a loan officer at Bank of American in Kent on Ramsey Way. He was my loan officer for my first house. I submitted a pre-​approval to make sure I would qualify. He said yes, I was qualified through BoA for 120k loan despite having a judgment on my credit record that was due to come of in July 2014. He assured me that my credit was good and that this absolutely would not be a problem.
I find a house and submit the paperwork to him and he says, oh, wait a minute, this isn’t going through. I say why not, he says because of this judgment on your credit report. The very same one he knew all about 2 months before I went out, and after he preapproved me.
I would not use Bank of American to finance a beer cozy, and I wouldn’t use Mike Corning for anything whatsoever, unless you like losing out on your dream home due to his incompetence. Gross incompetence is what BoA has exhibited by hiring such a pathetic excuse for an employee. He knew of the problem and gave out false hope anyways.
