Miracle Method Surface Refinishing

Ok. It was touch and go for a while. After the first day it was a dusty mess with overspray. After the second day when the technician was finished, the result was beautiful. I would totally recommend this to people who want to refinish their old bath tubs. It isn’t cheap, but it is well worth it. Now let’s see how long it actually lasts.

We used miracle method a few years ago to resurface an undermount porcelain kitchen sink which had been scratched by our housekeepers. The work was beautiful, but within a short time began peeling away. The company came out and redid the procedure, which once again looked very nice. After a few years now, the sink bottom has all peeled away. I don’t know how durable the resurfacing is for tubs and showers, but I can’t recommend it for surfaces that will get «banged around» like a kitchen sink or counter.

Miracle Method of Bellevue refinished my bathtub in December 2008 which came with a five year guarantee. Five years and nine months later it is peeling away.
Oh well.

The tech that did the job, Eric, was outstanding. Very professional guy and obviously knew what he was doing. We are giving the job a thumbs up and highly recommend these guys. Great job Eric!

We had a great experience with Miracle Method, from our initial meeting at the Home Show, to the completion of the job. Our shower stall looks great — like brand new. Eric, the technician who did the work, was on time, very courteous, and careful. We would definitely use their services again.

I recently used this company to refinish a shower pan, which was gross but not horrific. I called three different companies for bids, and they were all in the same ballpark. MM had a coupon in the Seattle Times, so I went with them. Also, my painter recommended them based on another of his customer’s experiences. Their customer service on the phone and their service technician were wonderful – professional and no-​nonsense. The service technician (Teonn) was super tidy in the house & very fastidious about the job. Since the work was only done a week ago, and the shower has not been used, I cannot testify to the durability of the finish. But it does come with a five-​year warrantee, so I figure it will probably hold up. I would recommend them.
Am updating my review in August – just a few months after the surface was refinished. The job is holding up, but whatever the surface is made of, it is very difficult to clean properly. It’s not at all like a porcelain material, and is much harder to get clean.

I have used this company twice in the past 10 years and the most recent was truly a «miracle «the tub was totally shot, 60 plus over used years old. the workman performed a outstanding job in restoring the tub and totally transformed the bath in this house. Use them with complete trust !
